Vantaa 2016

The Vantaa 2016 event consists of two transplant sport championships – European Heart and Lung Transplant Championships and European Transplant and Dialysis Sports Championships – and the European Transplant Sport Week, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, which includes for instance Youth Camp for children with organ transplant and Transplant Sport Symposium.
